Sustainable Success Nudge From Your Future Self
💬 "Do what's yours to do. Release what isn't."
Your energy is precious. Put it where it can actually make a difference.
Hi Melinda,
The deeper I've gone into my Sound Healing Certification, the clearer I've become about what my actual job is.
And maybe more importantly...what it isn't.
I've spent months learning about sound, vibration, frequency, resonance, protocols and techniques.
And strangely, the more I've learned about how to facilitate healing with sound, the clearer this has become:
I don't do the healing.
I bring my training, instruments, intention, intuition, integrity and presence.
I use all of that to create the conditions that support healing.
But the healing itself?
That's not mine to manufacture.
And then I realized...
As leaders, we already know this.
We don't manufacture breakthroughs for our clients, our team members, or the people we lead.
We listen. Ask. Challenge. Reflect. Hold space.
We create the conditions where insights and transformation can emerge.
But sometimes we forget that distinction everywhere else. Especially in business.
There are seasons when a LOT is ours to do. And we need to do it.
It's up to me is an incredibly important lesson to learn. We find out what we’re truly capable of.
But eventually another layer of wisdom becomes available:
It's not ALL up to me.
We can create the offer. We can't force someone to buy.
We can prepare exquisitely. We can't control how it's received.
We can do everything that's ours to do...
without exhausting ourselves trying to control what isn't.
So here's something I'd love for you to notice this week:
What is genuinely yours to do right now...
and what are you trying to control that was never yours to control in the first place?
Do your part.
Bring all of yourself to it.
Then release the rest.
With presence, Melinda
