Hey Melinda!

Oh my gosh, I have to tell you... I just graduated from Level 1 of my Sound Healing Practitioner training!

I’ve been playing Tibetan bowls intuitively for years for my own relaxation and meditation, but now I’m diving into the art and science behind it so I can use this modality in service of others. And it’s lighting me up!

This is one of the non-negotiable self-care (and well-being) practices that kept me grounded, open and in the flow state when I was writing my books, leading launches, and running my business, and now I’m deepening the journey.

One of my favorite teachings from Level 1 so far?

It's three words.

This whole practice rests on: Intention, Intuition, and Integrity.

You set the intention, which heightens intuition, and then you move forward in integrity. (it's not that far off from the coaching I've been doing for 24+ years).

So now I’m curious.

What’s lighting you up right now? And as you pursue it, are you giving yourself permission to bring intention, intuition, and integrity into the mix, or does it feel forced or out of balance?

Here’s to tuning in...literally and figuratively!

With excitement (and resonance!),
Melinda
